Welcome

I’ve lived a lot of my life according to the “shoulds” in my head.  “You should be nice. You should do what they say.  You should get along.”
Those fearful voices are vestiges of my little girl past.  As I’ve befriended those voices, they have relaxed and made way for more of the vibrant, creative, empowered depths of me to emerge.
Being myself is a true joy!
Apparently, it is the deepest regret for seniors at the end their lives – to have not freely expressed themselves.
I’m grateful to have re-connected with myself to experience my aliveness and my sense of self-expression right now!
I’m reminded of the poet, Mary Oliver’s question, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life.”

Teresa is a compassionate and caring coach who is highly skilled at both listening and asking just the right questions to get to the heart of the matter. She has an excellent ability to take a confusing situation and present it back to you with clarity. She is an excellent life coach and highly recommended for anyone going through a life transition.

Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

~Mahatma Gandhi

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

~ Ralph W. Emerson

What is my intention? To stay connected to authenticity and aliveness and to enter into relationship with others to serve this intention. This is something I want to re-visit daily as a reminder of how I want to live.
